I worked through some very old trauma with Shiatsu sessions. Joni listened with her hands and thumbs and also with her kind eyes. We laughed we cried. I don’t feel like I have that lump stuck in my throat anymore. I had that feeling for a very long time and she got rid of it. Angela P

I was integrating a lot from a year of deep exploration and plant work. Joni was like landing back at home. The effects of her work would last for a week. I’d feel like I was back to my normal self. Then when I started to feel off I would go again for more “medicine”. She gave me hope and a lot of homework! All in the form of specialized yoga and medical chi gung which I have to say helped the work hold in between sessions. Sometimes sessions felt like a lifetime of weight lifted off my shoulders. I worked with Joni for a year to get over a frozen shoulder but we went DEEP. My frozen shoulder resolved after about four sessions and didn’t come back. She understands neurodivergence, Hypermobility, ADHD and all the physical reprecussions of those conditions.

I now go to her for private yoga just to keep things in place.
